Our IFRS transformation group will work within your strategic plan and implementation timeline to determine any gaps in skills that may inhibit a successful transformation and will develop a customized recruiting and staffing plan to ensure you have the right people with the right skills for a successful rollout by 2011.
Our client engagement process consists of the following five steps:
During the discovery meeting, one of our IFRS transformation specialists will work with you to understand your organization’s requirements and determine the scope of work required of Armor.
The first step after the initial discovery meeting is to gain a clear understanding of your organization’s implementation plan and timeline. This helps us set goals and deliverables based on a realistic and achievable timelines.
Next, one of our specialists will work with key stakeholders to identify skill gaps that may exist within your organization, assists in defining job descriptions and outlining key hiring criteria.
The IFRS transition team will then develop a strategic recruiting and staffing plan that will prioritize hiring requirements and establish a common timeline that synchronizes with your organizations implementation strategy.
